How does the medal frame work?
Fill in your name, distance, pace and finish time in the fields on the artwork and display your finisher medal together with the motif of your city – your personal runner's monument for the wall.
Do you print my name?
No. You simply fill in the fields yourself after delivery. That way you can also send the frame as a gift and the recipient adds their own details.
What are the frames made of?
All our frames are made of aluminum – sturdy, durable and available in black or silver. A clear PS glass pane at the front protects the artwork and medal. The format is square: 25 × 25 cm.
Where are the frames made?
Our frames are made in Europe, and our motifs are created by our designers.
Which collections do you offer?
We currently offer city motifs for races in Germany and Europe – including the Illustrative Collection with richly illustrated motifs for Berlin, Cologne and Munich. Coming soon: the Monochrome Collection with minimalist single-color motifs.
Will my medal fit in the frame?
If you're unsure about a particularly large or unusually shaped medal, email us before ordering at contact@framemotion.de – we're happy to help.
My race isn't listed – are more cities coming?
Yes, we're constantly working on new motifs. Follow us on Instagram to be the first to know which races are next. You can email us your requests anytime.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing – shipping is included in the price, within Germany and to all EU countries except Belgium.
Which carrier do you use?
We ship with GLS. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation by email with your GLS tracking number.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 4–5 business days after payment within Germany, up to 7 business days to other EU countries.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Germany and to all countries of the European Union except Belgium. We do not ship outside the EU at the moment.
Returns & Withdrawal
Can I return the frame?
Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Please note: once you have written on the frame, it is no longer in its original condition and we may have to charge compensation for the loss in value. If you're unsure, wait until the withdrawal period has ended before filling it in. You'll find all details in our withdrawal policy.
My order arrived damaged – what now?
We're sorry! Please send a photo to contact@framemotion.de and we'll take care of it as quickly as possible.

Are you an official partner of the races?
No. FRAMEMOTION is an independent company from Düsseldorf and is not affiliated with the organizers of the races mentioned. Our motifs are original designs, inspired by the cities you ran in.
